Founded in 2016, Benat San Diego is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity dedicated to supporting and empowering Arab women, families, seniors, and individuals throughout the San Diego community.
We connect people with community resources, support women-owned and home-based businesses, assist families and seniors in need, support individuals facing difficult circumstances, and create opportunities for charitable giving and volunteerism.

About Us
Benat San Diego began in 2016 as a community platform created to bring Arab women together, share information, build connections, and support one another. Over the years, our community has grown into a network of women, families, small business owners, volunteers, and community supporters. Today, as a nonprofit organization, we are building upon that strong foundation by developing community programs, charitable initiatives, partnerships, and resource connections that respond to the needs of our community. Our goal is to create a welcoming and supportive community where people can find information, resources, connection, encouragement, and assistance when they need it.

Our mission is to empower and support the Arab community in San Diego by connecting individuals and families with resources, opportunities, community support, and charitable assistance. We are committed to supporting women, families, seniors, and individuals facing hardship while encouraging community connection, generosity, volunteerism, and mutual support.

Programs & Services
Women’s Empowerment & Entrepreneurship
We support and promote women-owned small businesses and home-based businesses within our community.
Our initiatives may include promoting local women-owned businesses, creating opportunities to showcase products and services, community networking, informational workshops, and connecting women entrepreneurs with appropriate community resources.
We believe that empowering women and supporting their economic independence can strengthen families and the entire community.

Finding the right resource can sometimes be difficult.
Benat San Diego helps individuals and families identify available community resources and connect with appropriate organizations and service providers.
